Our Story

When Hans first conceived Cordinova, his goal was simple but ambitious: to make workforce management less frustrating. Legacy tools have overcomplicated scheduling, payroll, and time-off management — leaving managers stuck with software their employees dislike using.

What started as Hans's idea has grown into a shared mission with his co-founders, Eh The Moo Htoo and Ryan Grotzky. Together, they set out to build something different — a platform that gives small and mid-sized businesses exactly what they need to run teams effectively, without the noise of bloated enterprise tools.

Cordinova is more than just another scheduling app. It's a response to a problem they've all experienced firsthand: clunky, outdated workforce management systems that create more headaches than they solve. Cordinova is the solution they wish existed — smart, clean, and designed for real people facing real scheduling challenges.

Beta Launch & Early Traction

On October 1st, 2025, Cordinova Beta 1.0 officially launched. Prior to launch, more than 10 businesses had registered as testers, with more joining each week. Cordinova is growing fast — a sign that business owners are ready for a change.

Today, business owners overpay an average of $200/month for workforce management software that managers and employees dislike. This represents a $4.2 billion market opportunity in small and medium-sized businesses alone — and Cordinova is here to capture it.
